GUIDELINES & POLICIES

As our guest, your comfort, enjoyment, and safety are first and foremost. Please take a moment to familiarize yourself with our policies and guidelines. It is your responsibility to read and observe resort policies and guidelines.

OFFICE HOURS:

(October 1st – April 15th) Monday through Friday 9am-5pm; Saturday  10am – 4pm, closed Sunday.  (April 15th – September 30th) Monday through Friday 10am-3pm. Closed on Saturday and Sunday.   Late check-ins (after the office is closed) will only be permitted with advance notice and you must arrive prior to sunset. Parking is not permitted after dark.

MAIL CENTER – CONCIERGE HOURS:

(October 1st – April 15th) – Monday through Saturday 9am-5pm. Sunday Closed.  For (April 15th – September 30th), please check with the Office.

ARRIVALS – DEPARTURES – RESERVATIONS:

Guest check out time is 11:30 am and check in time is 12pm, unless arrangements are made with the office by 10am the day prior to your arrival or departure. If you arrive before 12pm your site may not be available. Deviations from these times must be approved and may incur fees. Quiet time must be observed from 10pm to 8am. Residents are responsible for their guests’ behavior. Management reserves the right to refuse entry to or dismiss any person and their property from the resort without refund.

MAIL AND GARBAGE:

Mail is delivered to and sorted in our Mail Center.  It is your responsibility to pick up your mail at this location.  There is a box provided for all outgoing mail, located in front of the Mail Center.  Our mailing address is 11050 Elliots Way. Belle Parc will forward mail, not to exceed 12 ounces, if you provide labels for that purpose, for up to 6 weeks after your departure.  Garbage containers are located behind the shop, next to our off-site storage, and in the back of resort site area.  

GATE ACCESS:

Your gate code is used on the key pad entering the gate. Please do not give out the gate code to anyone – this is for your and all of our guests’ security.  Our gate will remain open 7 days a week during office hours.

VEHICLES:

RVs 10 years or older require prior approval by management; unacceptable RVs may be refused. A picture of all 4 sides must be submitted before approval will be given and pictures must match the current RV condition.  No tents or pop-ups allowed. No more than 2 vehicles per site (providing they fit on your concrete), excluding 1 golf cart. All golf carts must be electric and drivers of carts must have a valid drivers’ license. Please, no parking on grass; limited overflow parking is available upon request. Boats, tow trailers, dollies, storage trailers, etc. must be stored in our designated off-site storage area.  On-site repairs to vehicles or RVs without prior approval from management are prohibited.

WASHING OF VEHICLES:

You may wash your vehicle and RV one time upon your initial arrival at your site. Additional washes will be charged ($5.00 vehicles; $25 RVs and Park Models).

SOLICITATION – BUSINESS OPERATIONS:

Solicitation and operation of a business are prohibited on Resort property.

BUILDINGS & GROUNDS:

No hand washing of clothing or dish washing within our bathrooms. Pet items should be washed only in the designated washer/dryer in the maintenance building laundry area. No glass or smoking in our pool area. No alcohol in pool or spa. No pets in any building or common use areas (pool/spa area, laundry areas, bathrooms, etc.) Smoking is only allowed at the fire pit behind the Activity Center and on your site.

YOUR SITE:

Guests are encouraged to maintain their sites in a neat and orderly manner.  Storage of any kind is not permitted around or under your RV.  Screen rooms, clothes lines, temporary canvas pop-ups and pet fences are not allowed. Larger RVs must have blocks under leveling jacks, available at the office for use during your stay (refundable deposit required.) No permanent structures are allowed for guests staying less than 6 months, including plantings. Campfires are permitted only in above ground pits and shall be attended to at all times. Sewer rings (positive seal) are required by state law for all sewer connections. Water pressure in the resort is high and use of a water pressure regulator is recommended. Portable storage boxes and permanent sheds for your site, alterations, improvements, or additions to your site must have the written approval of management and any required permits shall be obtained by the guest. Management reserves the right to determine the appropriateness of all outdoor items.

PETS:

We strive hard to be a pet friendly resort, so please read and follow our pet policies. 

  • We currently allow 2 pets per site.
  • Aggressive behavior and excessive noise will not be allowed.
  • Pets must be under owner’s control and attended to at all times.  Pets must remain on a 4′-6′ fixed-length leash and within 4′ to 6′ of the owner at all times, except in our leash-free dog run.
  • Pet enclosures are not allowed. 
  • Remember to keep your pet(s) within our roadway surfaces and off other guests’ sites when walking your pet(s).
  • Please pick up and dispose of pet waste immediately.
  • Pets are not allowed in any common use areas, any buildings, or in the pool area. 
  • For your safety and that of your pets, please do not feed stray animals or any wildlife in the resort. 
  • Bird feeders are acceptable. 
  • Failure To Comply With Our Pet Guidelines Will Result:
    •  1st offense        Verbal Warning
    •  2nd offense       $50.00 Fine
    •  3rd offense        Your reservation will be cancelled

DISCLAIMER:

Belle Parc RV Resort is private property and is not responsible for any loss due to limbs falling, branches, fire, accident, theft, or for any loss, damage, or injury to any resident or guest of resident, or property of either, from any cause. Additionally, Belle Parc RV Resort is not responsible for damage by lawn or maintenance equipment to any items that are left on any site. Guests waive any right to royalties or other compensation arising or related to the use guests’ image or recording.  Management reserves the right to amend these guidelines at any time and without notice, or to evict any person violating these guidelines and policies, or who, in the management’s sole judgment, adversely affects the enjoyment of other guests or staff in the resort. Further, management may enforce a guideline or policy that is not listed here at any time or may make an exception to any guideline or policy on a guest-by-guest special consideration basis.

TERMINATION OF ANY GUEST’S RESERVATION IS WITHOUT REFUND.
